1 Year Old!

My One Year Old...

 

I can't believe it's been a year already! One year with you has absolutely flown by but at the same time, it feels like you've always been a part of our lives. I don't know how we ever lived without your smiles and your giggles. Your dad and I are so blessed to call you our son. We often thank God that He gave YOU to us. He formed you in my womb to be the perfect little guy for us and for that we are so thankful.

 

At 1 year old you are walking/running everywhere and your little feet don't stop from the time you wake in the morning until the time you go to bed at night. You definitely keep us on our toes! You love playing with Ranger and throwing the ball for him to go fetch. You love to hear your own voice echo especially at church when the music stops... it's like you're cheering for an encore! You love all foods and your favorite is bananas! Every time I put them in the cart at the grocery store you manage to twist yourself around and grab one and start eating through the peel! Your favorite word is "go!" Everything is Go Go Go! You have 7 teeth that you love to show off with your handsome smile. You drum on anything you can get your hands on. Anything with a steering wheel you try to drive. You dance and clap to music and you love to clap when you hear others clapping. You say "Hi, Hey, dog, Go!, mama, dada, dad, no, yeah, and something that sounds like gum or gump but I'm not sure what you're saying at this point with that. Your hair is ridiculously long and in your eyes if I don't push it off to the side, it is blonde and curly. Your eyes are a blueish, grayish, hazel kinda color. You are often referred to as "The cutest baby I've ever seen". I usually tell people that I think you're pretty cute too!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Your birthday party was on July 5th, 2014
