8 Months

Happy Valentine's Day! 2-14-14

Baby jail! I put you in your crib while I put your laundry away and you gave me this sad face like I had locked you away forever.

You love to crawl into our closet and play with yourself in the mirror.

Mommy's Birthday. Daddy took us for ice cream at breakfast and you got to taste some of it! You LOVE ice cream! Then we went for a drive in the country. Daddy took us to the most beautiful sight that he knew of in Lyon County and then he took us to the most unique thing he could think of in the county and then to a place that made him think of me (the restaurant where we met). Then we went home and played. It was a great day!

Your first bite of ice cream! Yummy!

Lookin like daddy.

You came down with your first illness in February. You had a bronchial infection so you had a horrible cough! You wouldn't sleep for more than 20 minutes because you would start coughing so bad. I felt so horrible for you!
When we took you to the doctor you weighed 18lb 2.5oz. You're getting big! The doctor gave you an antibiotic azithromycin that you had to take for 5 days. You pretty much hated it but it made you better so quick!

You cut your first tooth while you were sick! We had quite the doosy of a week - we were both sick and you cut your first tooth! 2-22-14

You've figured out how to take your diaper off..... Not so much fun!

This was after we were sick for a week and we finally felt better!

Grandma and Grandpa got you chickens! You get to go out and see them and you try to grab them and put them in your mouth. They aren't ready for eating quite yet baby boy!

You fell asleep in your jumper. You were SO tired and I tried to lay you down twice and you were not having it. So I put you in the jumper and went downstairs to do some laundry. When I came back up you had cuddled up with your grapes and fallen asleep.

When we go to KC you get to see lots of people... Nash, Aunt B, Neena and Grandpa. Nash said that you are his favorite cousin! You are one loved little boy!
